My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. I called at 9:30 AM and was told they would call me when a door became available. I finally got a door at 11:00 AM and checked in immediately. It is now after 2:00 PM and they still have not unloaded me. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they had already given me a door early and that I supposedly had 61 pallets. Arrived here 21:00 and it’s 09:44 the next day and no door yet to unload. They put you on something called “working order” basically an invention of back woods of Pensilvania for not ready to give you a door. Very rude and one persons English on receiving demands creativity to understand what is being said, it might help if you speak eastern European languages so you can guess what she is saying. Come with due patience. Must ready for your book reset. Overnight parking and after unloading parking available. 5-6 hours of unloading. Portable toilet in parking lot but clean washroom in the building. Decide before you come.

My appointment was for 06:00 this morning. I arrived yesterday and slept in their overnight parking out front. They also have a clean restroom on site. I Called at 05:30 and was assigned to my door. My door had an empty trailer on it. It took the yard dog a half an hour to finally move the empty trailer. I have now been on my door for 5 additional hours. I hear some movement every now and then. But no green light yet. Very frustrating. I wish you all better luck than I have had.
