My experience was good my appt was 6 am chk 5 30 am gave door rtway gate open 5 45 emty 9 15 no issue have restroom overnight parking
very long all descriptions are valid
Had a 0900 appointment got in the door at 0930 and it's taken 3 hours so far to unload me it's ridiculous feel the truck move then nothing for and hour then moves again they need to figure it out
Terrible facility, very long unloading, time in 9:30 time out 03:00, the only plus is overnight parking
I got door 5:35 am with appointment 6:00am. And now is 12:34 pm I’m still waiting green light no one you can ask what is going only horrible lady is here. My next pick up over 97 miles away so maybe I cannot make it home
