Checked in 8 AM for 9AM appointment. It's 3 PM still sitting here waiting for my BOL. And I wasn't alone here the guy next to me Checked in at 7 AM and he is still at dock being unloaded. It's crazy here.

The worst place. Not only did they reschedule my appointment themselves — according to my documents, I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday at 6 a.m. When I called them, they refused to take me and said my appointment was today at 12. But that’s not all. Today, after I was already unloaded and had the green light, I had to wait over an hour for my paperwork. The unloading took 2 hours and 30 minutes, plus an extra hour waiting for the documents. Lost a whole day yesterday and today.
Hello dear drivers and dispatchers. If you ever deliver to this place do not expect any good offloading times. Receiving clerk is really nice but it does not help anyway. Driver checked in at 9.30 for 9.45 del app, He was told app at 10 ok fine After waiting for an hour I called to see whats the held up is and was told the driver is 3rd in line when his app already passed.
