Similar to another customer who posted. They harassed me about a bill . I canceled long before they took over for Safeco but they still said I owed money. Very unethical business who have no qualms about taking advantage of senior citizens.
Recently got an email saying I didn't pay my bill. A problem with a bank accounts for the first check was rejected. 5 days later they deposited into their account but yet they don't know it and they're harassing me for proof I sent them pictures of both checks one that was rejected the other 1 that wasn't with dates. Guy tells me all he sees is the rejected one and I keep telling I want to let you call the bank and ask if there was a deposit cuz it was clearly taken out of my account my bank verified it theyre laughing over ... read more
