always delay at appointments between 30 min to 1 hour, admin system is really mess, i not recommend this one specially if time is important for you, choose others.
I have been visiting Gordon Eye Clinic for a number of years. I have found them totally professional and had successful Cataract surgery with follow-up visits with them. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
Worst experience with the receptionist, we are seeing Dr McCall and we should pay to him, but the receptionist make the wrong payment to another Dr. I find the mistake, she even never say apology for any inconvenience caused. At the end of the day, she call me through the phone, ask me do the refund first and pay again, the most important thing is she told me all the patients are do the same thing! ! !
