I have been visiting Gordon Eye Clinic for a number of years. I have found them totally professional and had successful Cataract surgery with follow-up visits with them. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
Worst experience with the receptionist, we are seeing Dr McCall and we should pay to him, but the receptionist make the wrong payment to another Dr. I find the mistake, she even never say apology for any inconvenience caused. At the end of the day, she call me through the phone, ask me do the refund first and pay again, the most important thing is she told me all the patients are do the same thing! ! ! This is one of the best experiences we have had with respect to health services. My daughter had a painful and swollen stye, and having a referral from the GP we got to see a specialist the next day. Amazing. From the receptionist, to the person taking photo’s of my daughter’s eye, to the wonderful doctor (Carolyn Ross), we couldn’t have asked for more exceptional and professional care.
