customer service is so bad in gordon eye S,staff are so unhelpful,not friendly at all,some are rude ,if you need anything you should wait for a long ,not recommend this place
My father has been attending this practice for over 25 years. He has always been treated with kindness and respect, and never fails to speak highly of his treating Ophthalmologist, Dr Painter. Recently he was quite unwell whilst at the practise, and the staff were absolutely incredible in initial care, checking in and ensuring that him and his family were OK - including Donna, the practice manager and Leili. Unlike the last eye place these guys treat you as a Human and not just cattle. Some of the nicest people I have met in a long time.
always delay at appointments between 30 min to 1 hour, admin system is really mess, i not recommend this one specially if time is important for you, choose others.
