On December 9th, 2019, I went to Dr. Ely R. Gordon at 500 Brookside Drive, Madill, OK, 73446 for the Medicare Wellness exam. I asked the Doctor if he could print the prescriptions so I could refill my medications when I was out of state. He told me to tell the front receptionist what I needed.
