Great practice, thorough doctor in Maria Annise, lovely nurses, easy to get an appointment and very friendly and obliging receptionists.
Had my COVID booster here. During these sessions they book half a dozen people into each slot and dedicate the whole surgery to this. It was all very well organised but took about 1 hr rather than the 30mins I was hoping for, since it was done during work hours.
Not patient centric - had a flu for 5 days , not Covid. Was told to pay additional $50 for an isolation room or telehealth. Is this how doctors work nowaday???
Lovely practice. Clean and beautiful decor, warm helpful reception, and Dr Mei Tan is attentive, efficient, thorough and compassionate.
