If you move out from one of their properties they will charge you arms and legs. They literally steal money from people and even utility bills for the time their apartment has not be re leased. Literal crooks.
I got a charge of $140 which I don't know why and when I called up the receptionist was rude and gave very little information... So I disputed the charge just off of that interaction 🤷
Jeff Gordon is all about the bottom dollar, and will stab you in the back to get it. Melissa Jocham states she has an open door policy but you mention anything negative and you'r fired. Dan Guetti promises Gordon that he will pinch as many pennies as possible, he'll be the next. one gone along with Steven Belifore property manager of Park Place Wilton... which he still is the only employee of. Good luck dealing with Gordon Development.
I worked for them indirectly a long time ago. They treated me fairly and David Gordon was nice enough to make time for me for a school project.
