I have called twice for an appointment and no one has called back. I have given ample time and tried to be understanding but I think this speaks volumes of their professionalism and how they handle clients' cases.

I do not recommend attorney Cintia Canales. She failed to clearly explain my immigration options at a critical time. When my court case was dismissed in November 2022, I already had my I-130 approved and a visa available. At that point, I still did not have unlawful presence, and I had a 180-day window to leave the country and complete consular processing without needing a waiver. Great environment to work and be in except for I think it’s J and V they were my higher ups that’s we’re supposed to train me and educate me with what I would be doing in my position, I was never trained I was was explain very poorly my job and what I would be doing I asked for help and for detail of how to do from V which I would get eye rolls side comments and remarks just very discouraging same thing with J very minimal detail and Information and would also make very rude facial jesters there was an situation where I took... read more
