I do not recommend attorney Cintia Canales. She failed to clearly explain my immigration options at a critical time. When my court case was dismissed in November 2022, I already had my I-130 approved and a visa available. At that point, I still did not have unlawful presence, and I had a 180-day window to leave the country and complete consular processing without needing a waiver.
