I am a pharmacy manager and let me say that this is easily one of the worst doctors offices I have had to deal with. The doctor writes paper scripts that are extremely difficult to read which makes our job harder to figure out what the doctor was even prescribing. Then the office is too lazy to call us to correct any of the errors and tells the patient “the pharmacy must call” to correct any error they made. Do NOT send your parents or grandparents here. This doctor’s office hasn’t updated their medical knowledge or equipment in many years. This is a bad doctor for elderly people. I’m 42 and Gordon lectured me on “you young people wouldn’t understand that” many times. Want a script called in? Sorry they don’t do that. Want a patient portal? Sorry they don’t have that.
