Dr James is an excellent psychiatrist who is caring and supportive. She was recommended to me by another very pleased patient. She has truly helped me in such a big way. Thank you Dr James.
We were very let down by this clinic after attending for seven years, too be told after they cancelled two appointments as the doctor was sick, that they doctor had actually left, was devastated. They didn’t even respond to emails, offered no help in providing assist in what we could do going forward. We spent literally thousands of dollars and thought we had a good relationship with the doctor. Poor service in the reception area! Do you not realise you’re dealing with mental health!! Your reception is appalling cancelled my appointment never reinstated the appointment. Even though they had an updated referral. Disgusting service
Absolute worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The first psychiatrist I saw there wouldn’t not listen to my feedback on the medication she was prescribing me and told me to just “take a month off work” if im stressed, very rich for someone charging me $400 for a 15 minute zoom call. After switching psychiatrist to one that has been fantastic I was referred back to the gordon clinic for a second opinion, after missing referrals and cancelled appointments my next psychiatrist was 20 minutes late, cutting... read more
