I loved that every detail was mentioned and workers were so polite.
I was fortunate to work with Mr. Andrew Perkins for obtaining several services on my 2020 Equinox. He was helpful when I called to make the appointment, answered all of my questions when I arrived, and had the work done on my car expeditiously. He is a definite asset to Gordon Chevrolet and you are blessed to have him as an employee.
I dropped my car off prior to Memorial Day Weekend expecting my car to be seen on Tuesday due to being told this. This was not correct as others at the service department were not aware that my car was there. Thankful to Andrew who took the initiative and located my car and began the process Tuesday afternoon.
