Phoned today on spec and I was immediately invited to pop in later on to get oil and tyre pressure aligned as thought I had done it but showing on dashboard as not. Seen straight away by lovely friendly professional staff. Quickly located problem and rectified. Fabulous extremely reasonable service with a smile so happy to find a lovely local garage for any future needs. Great old fashioned excellent customer service ♡
These guys are excellent and so knowledgeable. I have been going here for years and know that they do a great job without being ripped off. I took the car here today with an engine warning light. After doing a diagnostics ( for free which Mazda would charge £150) I was told that it would need an update that only the manufacturers garage could do. I offered to pay for the time working on the cat but Gary wouldn't take anything as he said that no work had been done. What a gem.
My car is of an age, (10 years old) where some fault could be found during the MOT, but not here. Good service.
Car booked in for a service and told to leave it for half a day. Drop it off at 9 and go back after lunch to find they haven’t even started it and didn’t even seem bothered. Won’t be taking it back there. What a waste of a morning. 🤬
