Unfortunately we have had a very negative experience with gordon building design. All we wanted was assistance in getting a DA for a shed and after 8 months of excuses from Maureen (plus a substantial deposit paid by us) we were abruptly informed that it was no longer possible and no refund would be given. We received conflicting and vague information from Maureen throughout the process and had to follow up regularly just to see what was happening.
