I do **not** recommend Dr. Gordon Werbel or **Northside General Surgeons of Gwinnett**. I had surgery nine weeks ago and returned for follow-up appointments at both two weeks and five weeks because I was experiencing severe postoperative pain. At both visits, Dr. Werbel barely examined the surgical site before dismissing my concerns. Rather than investigating the cause of my pain, he told me I simply had a "low pain tolerance." Shoddy work once, shoddy work twice, with bad follow up. You would think I would of learned my lesson when the first sugery was bad. Two bad sugeries. I would not recomend.
I had an emergency appendectomy in December. Dr Werbel's personality and temperament are second to none. I wish he was a PCP I'd be his first patient.
