Tim was a lifesaver! We had a water heater disaster on a Saturday in our new house with guests on the way. Tim answered the phone (already points!) and went above and beyond to get us a new water heater, deliver it, install it, and run out and get adaptive parts all in the same day. He and his partner were professional, kind, and so hardworking. We are grateful and will be back should need be.
We had a sudden leak in our water pipe. Tim fit us in and completed the fix quickly. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Tim!
Called early Thanksgiving evening when my sump pump burst and was spraying all over my basement! He picked up right away and was over in less than an hour! They replaced the burst coupling and was on their way in less than a half an hour! Saved our Thanksgiving evening! Thanks Guys! Btw, they were the only one out of the three I called that picked up the phone.
We had a pipe start gushing in our basement, and these folks thankfully picked up my after-hours call almost immediately. I was panicking a bit as a new homeowner but Tim and Tony were quick, efficient, and very kind and polite! Super reasonable price as well. Definitely keeping this place in mind for future plumbing needs - hopefully not as an emergency next time!
Called same day came over and installed sink dishwasher and fixed 2 leaking valves. Excellent and would highly recommend
