I just purchased a used vehicle and was driving it back to AZ from TX and gear oil was flying everywhere. The local sandwich shop I stopped at had a business card for Gordon Auto Repair, and then I slowly drove about 15 miles from the sandwich shop to get there. I met Bill Reed, the owner, who diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. I asked Bill how much I owed him, and his response was, "You owe me nothing," and I wasn't going to have it. If I could give this place 100+ stars I would! Not only did the mechanic get my car up and on the road, he picked my son and I up from bein stranded on the side of the road, waited up late for the tow truck to drop my vehicle off, gave us rides to and from Motel, gave me tow truck recommendations allllll of it! He was a life saver all the way around! I’m soooo grateful!
Came across Bill and his team and the perfect time! They were super communicative and helpful. Did not hesitate to help out! Got me in and out of there super fast, while making sure to keep me company and great jokes! Amazing guys with great hearts! Thank you to Bill and everyone again!
My car broke down on the interstate on the way home from west Texas. Bill was kind enough to introduce us to a tow company and get our vehicle in his shop quickly. Repair was fairly priced, and Bill was very transparent and gave great updates. I hope to never have car issues in the future, but if I do, I’ll gladly drive to Gordon to use him again.
