Very rude receptionist just now who spoke over me twice, and then proceeded to speak to me in a condescending tone really slowly to repeat what she’d already said. Then put me on hold because apparently she is the only receptionist and there’s a patient at reception who is obviously more important. I don’t know why anyone would hire a rude, obnoxious and incompassionate receptionist for a medical center! I’m incredibly worried that I have a broken foot and my xray/mri results are back - but apparently I am to make an appoint... read more
