Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review of this company. After purchasing and using a chemical tote heater one time, the heater stopped working. I sent the heater to Gordo to troubleshoot. After several attempts to get a replacement, repair and/or refund, I just kept getting excuses. They would never return my calls; I had to call them EVERY time. Gordo Sales is my "go to" company for all things heater and control related. Customer service is incredible and they stand behind their products 100%. They have helped me choose components for my commercial refrigerator gasket PVC welding machines on numerous occasions and I highly recommend them. Companies like Gordo Sales are one in a million and a true inspiration to those who think excellent customer relations are a thing of the past.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE – These people are amazing! I needed some sort of device to heat my biodeisel for processing. Leigh just spent 45 minutes helping me get the right stuff and explained thoroughly how it all works and how to set it up. He also told me I can call him when i am setting it up!
