Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review of this company. After purchasing and using a chemical tote heater one time, the heater stopped working. I sent the heater to Gordo to troubleshoot. After several attempts to get a replacement, repair and/or refund, I just kept getting excuses. They would never return my calls; I had to call them EVERY time.
