Worst front desk. Called and set up follow up checkup and she’s sounds doesn't care and no information about the patients. Worst thing is she just dropped the call when I said I will not do follow up checkup because the timing is not suitable for my time coz nobody will take care of my 2 kids and if I can bring them. I have never in my life had such an insensitive interaction. Not once but twice with this doctor. From being told “I can’t change the fact ur a woman” when being in literal pain for a year with what appears to be a cyst that was growing on my ovary. This clinic is OBSESSIVELY strict over the phone about bringing a mask (IN 2025!!) and a pen (???). Fine. They also say no companions are allowed due to “limited space” (okay), and you CANNOT be late OR early—only EXACTLY on time. And guess what? I WAITED 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES for a TERRIBLE 10-minute appointment. Dr. Andreas is EXTREMELY passive-aggressive.
