Please get your family doctor to refer you to a different gyno if you are referred here, don’t waste your time. I had a very frustrating visit with Dr Gordillo. He ignored all of my concerns and dismissed previous medical results from my family doctor that I brought up with him. He does not listen to women and it’s a wonder why he’s in this field.
The office is extremely dated. The rules about no phones, must wear a mask and bring your own pen is ridiculous. That’s the lighter issues. No one answers the phone there or returns calls, I live an hour away from this office and they do not care about anyone’s time. They also don’t care about urgency. I needed a colposcopy and a biopsy asap after some disturbing pap and ultrasound results. Can't believe he is even a Dr what a waste of my time didn't listen to a thing I had to say Wrong diagnosis from hospital till.now told me the ultrasound was wrong rude and has no respect for women and what we go through he's getting paid for doing nothing !!!
Worst front desk. Called and set up follow up checkup and she’s sounds doesn't care and no information about the patients. Worst thing is she just dropped the call when I said I will not do follow up checkup because the timing is not suitable for my time coz nobody will take care of my 2 kids and if I can bring them.
