This dealership gives VIP treatment until the sale is made. Service is terrible when problems occur. My car was picked up by the concierge service that Lincoln provides in order to do a recall repair. It was damaged on the way to the shop. The body repairs were completed by the dealership's body shop at their expense, as would be expected, however there was absolutely no follow-up done by the dealership.
