As always, the service dept has always treated us as if we would have purchased the vehicle at Gordie Boucher. We recently had our vehicle in for repair of the switch for the side view mirrors. We asked them to do a thorough review of the vehicle as it is 13 years old. They did run it through diagnostics and felt that several issues should be addressed. I went out to West Bend to hopefully see and purchase a truck on the lot, and Sierra was so helpful in trying to track down one for me! It turns out I could purchase the truck on the lot, and Mike and Larry were excellent during the purchase. Mike was very thorough in explaining all the extras on the new vehicle!

Had my car serviced for some front shocks and struts, Monica is my favorite service writer and always goes above and beyond for me, Thank you Joe the service manager my vehicle has never drove so good. Thanks for the great service
