YOU were the last people to service my Lincoln (transmission) and now it is shifting improperly. Your solution (from your so-called'Service Manager') is to leave the car for several days as there is no transmission dipstick (WRONG!) and it should not be checked hot (actually, this is preferred!). So I guess I'll drive it until it burns up and have my attorney sue you! Spent thousands of dollars with you - so much for customer loyalty... YOU SUCK!!!

I brought my suv in for a light on the dash, they got me in the next day, and first thing in the morning. Amazing. They also offered a shuttle service home if I didnt have a ride. But the best part, is they sent me a txt with link, to a video of the issue they found with my car and the part that was broken! Mind Blown!!! This service is above and beyond.
