very unprofessional and detestable service, been seeking to resolve obtaining my car for the past 5 months and I can't get help. I have talked to managers, service managers, finance department and no one can help me. My car has been paid off and still no resolution or no one has even attempted to contact me. I wont ever recommend this place
Took my truck here for some potential warranty work. They tried to take me for $600 for a sensor that wasn't bad. They ended up charging me $200 for a diagnostic test that took maybe 30 minutes to run. They charged me this after they told me they wouldn't work on my truck without my permission if the repair was going to be more than $200. They couldn't diagnose the problem without the test.
