I am very satisfied with Dr. Gorby but the staff need more professional ethic. No empathy at all. The font desk person, The gentlemen was very disrespectful toward me telling me that I can call whoever I want. I reported the incident but nobody listen. Thank you.
Great bedside manners. He listens to the patients. He shows his concerns about his patients.
The doctor might have great reviews, but the office staff in my book is shameful. My daughter had an appointment this morning at the Fort Valley location. She arrived on time was informed that her appointment was canceled and then, even if she was seen there, she would have to be a new patient and self-pay. Which makes absolutely no sense because she is an established patient of Dr. Gorby’s.
