Referral department: Rude person handling referrals and doesn't listen when providing information on where to send referrals to. That person should not be working in the medical field if they can't get their numbers right. Feel bad for the patient that has been waiting for over a month to be seen by specialist. I would not recommend patients to this office. I feel sorry for the physicians because they don't know who they have working for their practice.
