Hands down the best gym in the area for group fitness and personal training! In just a few months I have dropped weight and most importantly become so much stronger. My confidence has grown along with my ability and this is a testament to the coaches here. Thanks team :)
Gopt is an amazing gym. It’s not like other gyms. Iv been going now for just over 2 months. They go over everything from body scans diet advice help with calorie counting and fitness. I highly recommend going to this gym. The people and more importantly the coaches are fantastic. It’s a family. Everyone helps each other.
I started my fitness journey at GOPT with Matt and the team 5 months ago and haven’t looked back. Joining a gym and returning to fitness can be challenging, but from the moment I started I felt welcomed, well supported and motivated to achieve my fitness goals by the excellent trainers that are able to adapt the workouts to any fitness level. Well run and highly professional team!
Love this gym! Much more than a gym, it’s a caring community that helps you prioritise health, fitness and nutrition. The coaches and members are so welcoming and supportive.
Great community, great trainers, great for all fitness levels. Took the wife and teenage boys and there was something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start or improve their health and fitness goals.
