Customer service from Hell. They have gone email only and even the same rep can't keep it straight. Responses take a day or longer and they don't take the time to review previous interactions. Products are still okay, but as far as I'm concerned the GoPro we used to love is DEAD!
I bought a GoPro HERO10 Black in August 2022, and I can’t believe what I’ve experienced. I barely used it, and when I finally needed it in 2025, it wouldn’t even power on. During all that time (2022–2025), I made sure to turn it on occasionally and charge it. I never took it out for shooting, never dropped it, never exposed it to water. Ich habe die GoPro Hero 12 direkt über den offiziellen GoPro-Webshop gekauft – samt kostenpflichtigem Cloud-Abo. Meine Erfahrung ist leider durchweg negativ. Die Kamera lässt sich am Mac nicht normal auslesen – sie wird im Finder nicht angezeigt, friert beim Anschluss ein und reagiert auf keine Eingaben. Dear GoPro Support, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I’ve received—or rather, not received—from your team. Over the past week, I have been waiting for a response regarding an issue, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to hear anything.
