Worst customer service ever! Stay away from them. They do not value their customer base once you purchase from them. They disconnected all of their customer service numbers and you can no longer even speak to someone on the phone and they refuse to talk to you. Sales will talk to you but once they make a sale you’ll never get a human being again. Stay away I wish I would have known ahead of time. My issue is still not resolved.

Avoid This Company – Deceptive Practices & Terrible Customer Service! I have owned so many of their products since GoPro 3 & have been emotionally attached to the brand for years. But my experience with a recent product fault has been eye opening in the worst way. Be aware of hidden costs, poor communication & lack of accountability. I hate to leave a 1 star review, I’ve had good luck with the hardware but the product support is nonexistent! Signed up for the subscription service and am not able to access any of the promised features or discounts. 2 weeks of back and forth and still no resolution. If you can’t provide good support in 2025 you won’t stay in business.
