Dr. Tom and Shannon have been amazing! This year has been medically challenging for me and they've been with me every step of the way. Dr. Tom is very knowledgeable and passionate about health. Shannon is great with the records and communicating with hospitals and insurance to make your visit as smooth as possible.
Dr. Tom and Shannon are an incredible team. They have created a unique and valuable practice that truly serves their patients with the utmost integrity and care. I enrolled with GoPrivateMD for two years, ending July 2026. I found Dr. Pascuzzi adequate, if a tad obsessed with my T levels. The reason for my one-star review is his assistant (and wife) Shannon. Shannon is incompetent. She couldn’t manage GPM’s on-line interface. She was unable to get my medical records from my prior PCP (not a problem for my new doctor). Dr. Tom is the best doctor I've ever had. He really takes the time to listen and explain things, and seems to really care. I have had doctors in the past that treat you like an adversary, but with Dr. Tom I feel like we are working on the same team for my health. He is leagues above any doctor I've had in Albuquerque and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
My wife and I had only wonderful & most reassuring experiences with "Dr. Tom." Our recent challanges upon learning we were COVID 19 positive have been supervised by Dr Tom with compassion & the highest professionlism one could ask for. We are grateful to be part of his practice.
