We chose GoPrime for our mortgage needs based on their excellent reviews...I now believe that many of those reviews cannot be truthful. In the end and after many months of hearing everything was on track, they were unsuccessful in closing for us and we came within days of losing the house, escrow and our minds! Their response to our request for the actual amount lost in dealing with them, was to take no responsibility. If I wasn't so distraught and exhausted, I would continue with legal action. 2 years we worked with ***** *********, in Chester Virginia. 2 years of wasted time. We had things fixed and painted that needed to be done according to appraisal/inspection. This past summer, he says someone needs to come out and look at cracks in bricks. I have not heard from him in probably 3 months. His office is closed here. I have called, email, and texted. Nothing.
