I already left one terrible review. They 'fixed' the issue and asked me to edit it. Well, I'm here and ready to repeat myself. My son got his bike for Christmas, we live in New York so as you can imagine he didn't get to ride it much before we submitted our first complaint in MARCH. They finally shipped us a new battery in June. Nearly 3 months to "solve" the issue. The bike was great for that day that we received the new battery. Purchased my GoPower bike from Sams Club and the back tire came apart but my husband fixed it. I ordered a bike rack from the company and to my dismay, I ordered the wrong one, but even at that, when I opened the bike rack it wasn't even wrapped and looked like it had been removed from wrapping and was just sitting in the box with the wrapping just pushed around it.
