I already left one terrible review. They 'fixed' the issue and asked me to edit it. Well, I'm here and ready to repeat myself. My son got his bike for Christmas, we live in New York so as you can imagine he didn't get to ride it much before we submitted our first complaint in MARCH. They finally shipped us a new battery in June. Nearly 3 months to "solve" the issue. The bike was great for that day that we received the new battery. Purchased my GoPower bike from Sams Club and the back tire came apart but my husband fixed it. I ordered a bike rack from the company and to my dismay, I ordered the wrong one, but even at that, when I opened the bike rack it wasn't even wrapped and looked like it had been removed from wrapping and was just sitting in the box with the wrapping just pushed around it. My husband and I bought two GoCity bikes this summer and we love them! I had a previous ebike and the GoCity is better in every way. Very impressed with the battery life. We have well over 60 miles on them and we still have 5 bars on our batteries. We don't use the throttle except for short hills but we do use pedal assist levels one and two frequently.
