Purchased my GoPower bike from Sams Club and the back tire came apart but my husband fixed it. I ordered a bike rack from the company and to my dismay, I ordered the wrong one, but even at that, when I opened the bike rack it wasn't even wrapped and looked like it had been removed from wrapping and was just sitting in the box with the wrapping just pushed around it. My husband and I bought two GoCity bikes this summer and we love them! I had a previous ebike and the GoCity is better in every way. Very impressed with the battery life. We have well over 60 miles on them and we still have 5 bars on our batteries. We don't use the throttle except for short hills but we do use pedal assist levels one and two frequently. TERRIBLE company stay away! THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY AS SEEN IN MANY OTHER REVIEWS!!! I Started having issues with my bike within a month of purchasing.
