I bought a class pass my myself and my friend back in December. I called faithfully every week (sometimes twice a week) up until last week! It was nearly impossible to sign up for a class. I DM on IG, called/ texted the number online, and lastly messaged someone on FB. I finally got a response; the lady I spoke to apologized on behalf of her co workers for not responding to me.
