It's ok
I ordered/bought groupon from this company...September order still not recieved, only some items were backordered, recieved nothing yet. They have been unwilling to return any communication rewarding my order. Me and others have reported to Groupon. Is being investigated.
I ordered from this company over a month ago and never received it. I have tried calling, leaving several increasingly frustrated messages, sending emails, and have yet to hear anything but the useless recorded message on their voicemail. This business has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is terrible how they are treating people and I plan to contact the BBB. Im confident this company is run by thieves and I am beyond pissed.
