Place has gone down hill... mice poop everywhere in units. GROSS! The rates have gone up significantly. They did a software switch and just stopped sending a bill. I went to get something out of the unit one day and couldn't enter because of the software change. They did not plan properly on that one and then were scrambling to get everyones money on their new system but offered nothing for the inconvenience. Not a smith migration at all and the customers just had to deal

We had a unit here for almost a year and never had any issues. Clean place and conveniently built for easy loading and loading to any unit. Just don’t forget your passcode to get in or OUT!!!

I liked the flexibility of having access to my storage unit. I did have difficulty on one occasion of entering through the gate due to a power outage.
