Totally false representation for tenant protection plans. Storage property has no security to it whatsoever. Front gate access was broken and open for a Week during that time I went out of town and multiple definitely more than 5 units were broken into by forced entry and stolen music equipment. Machinery. For a time while I rented a storage there paying 260 a month for one unit for a whole year my "protection plan".... "covered" $2500 **** And filed police report and claim and never heard anything back this is BS

Hi *******, sorry to hear this, this is the first Ive heard that you are having difficulties with the tenant protection - we dont run that (its an outside company) but can you get a hold of us to discuss? We are definitely happy to assist in any way possible. Yes, the gate was broken for 5 days but weve since had the gate operator replaced and new access control equipment installed. No units were broken into during that time, however.
