I have rented a storage unit at this facility for 4 years, always at a reasonable rate. This new management proposes to increase my effective monthly rate by 91%. You read that right, nearly double the fee for the exact same storage unit. Owner claims inflation is high and he needs to feed his family, but has no regard for long term customers and their families. Minnesota inflation rate for 2023 was 4.5%. 2024 is at 2.7%. Where’s the justification for a 91% rate increase? #Greed
