If I could give a 0 starts to this place I would I spoke to Julie to get a quote on my car after she did all the paperwork work she stated “maybe taking an uber would be cheaper” I have never felt so disrespected in my life when I am trying to ask for help never come here if you a young adult trying to get help.

Called, the guy couldnt figure out where we lived due to Google maps....tey ablnother mapping system. Nope cant do that. One guy from WRE came look with his eyes and said nope no wiring. Garden Valley contracted worked called just yelling at me.....so other GV guys came out and marked in the front not on the side. Men cant follow directions very well. Called Lyle manager all he could say was they go above and beyond....didnt care either. Oh well.....something happens it can fall back on these men.

Would give zero stars if you could. put my ticket in 10 days ahead of timer and they still could not get it completed in time! NO customer service! NO sense of urgency on their part! After 6 plus calls to them all you get is "we'll send an E-mail" Worthless service! Cost me over $4500 in delays! 3 days past my original start date and this is still not resolved!
