Very professional and honest
I cannot say that I would recommend this company. I give them 2 stars for coming out on the same day and getting my clogged shower line working again. But it took 2 of them 2 hours with their broken down machine to complete a job that should have taken half that time. In the process they got a batt of foundation insulation wound around their cable and shredding it. Then they ran a video scope to check out the line but the camera was so bad you couldn't see much of anything. it did reveal that there were still tree roots in t... read more
They were very timely in getting back to me on my project. The toilet installation had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely call them again!
Great quick efficient workmanship!
Prices are fair and they are generally always flexible in scheduling, but the lack of communication, didn’t call me with repair cost, let me know the job was done or what was found. I called the next day when my credit card was randomly ran and asked for a refund because I needed it on another card and I never heard back.
