I've been using Gopher Patrol for over a year now on a number of properties including my home, some rentals, and our corporate office. Their team is nice, professional, and I feel like they've always told me the truth as to what needed to be done. On a recent rental I had some subterranean and wood termites. I'm not afraid of bad news! They quickly set up a time, even at the end of the year, to help me do mitigation before I listed the property. Thanks guys!
