Manager needs to take a chill pill. He's hectic and loose, horrible customer service and complained about taking my time to clean my vehicle. I do not suggest wasting your time here.
This is the friendliest car wash I've ever experienced! My battery died and the folks there were so helpful and gave me a boost. Plus, they went above and beyond by wiping my back window while I vacuumed! And the prices were extremely reasonable. Go! Get your car washed!
Save the hassle, go to co-op. Ive been to co-op car wash at least 50 times, and to Gopher car wash twice. Ive been chastised by the attendant at co-op zero times, and at Gopher car wash twice. I dont know what their problem is but the first time I went at the end of my wash I spent about 1 minute grabbing garbage out of my truck, and was told I cant do that in the bay, which felt unnecessary as I was the only vehicle there. We were here today for our first wandwash! We had no idea how to do it but Jennie was there to guide us. The best customer service! Definitely going back! Thanks Jennie!
Jennie was extremely helpful at the self-service car wash. Since we were first-time users, she guided us through the process and made everything easy to understand. We now know exactly what to do next time, which will save us time. Great customer service and a positive experience overall.
