Traumatic is the only way to summarize this experience. I took my dog there before and it was excellent. Not anymore…. Without getting into details here are some highlights: I waited over an hour even though my appointment was scheduled. Finally a technician came in who did not speak English. Exceptional Care & Truly Trustworthy I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. You can immediately tell they truly love what they do and treat every pet like their own.
