Goperformance has been a game changer for me this year. The coaches I get the pleasure of working with provide me with exactly what I need during each session. They make me feel cared for and I believe they truly enjoy what they do. It's a commitment for sure - I wish it were slightly cheaper but at this point it's an investment I am willing to make for myself.
Great, clean gym! I love the semi-private training method. You get an individualized program made for your level— there are a wide range of people at the gym, everyone is welcoming and friendly. It’s a bigger investment than standard gyms, but it’s a whole different approach and level of personalized service. The app is easy to use and it fits around my busy work schedule. I’m a fan!!!
I have just started week 3 and so far it’s been awesome. I have worked with two trainers so far and both of them are super nice, super helpful and know their stuff. It’s a little too early to report on results but I’m confident they’ll be great!
