I can’t say enough good things about GoPerformance & Fitness and the people who make it such a great place. I’ve been doing semi-private strength training sessions, usually twice a week, for over a year and I genuinely look forward to going. It has been several years since I have been active. The coaches have been wonderful! They are very supportive and push you in a positive way to challenge yourself. Great environment to learn and get stronger!
