I appreciate the demonstration and description of each exercise that I in turn perform. If my technique is not quite correct, I receive further instruction but with encouragement. I so enjoy the warmth and friendliness of not only the coaches but the other patrons.
A truly unique gym! Having a team of trainers onsite to coordinate, supervise & provide immediate feedback while working out is different & ever so helpful! The leadership team is as invested in our progress as we are (and sometimes more )! Can't possibly recommend goperformance enough!
