Honestly the surgery scheduler the don’t make you understand properly the told I have to drink the half gallon prep before the surgery 5 hours and the told me on the phone I have drink all of it before midnight I wouldn’t be back at this facility I just feel the the scheduler don’t like there job and explain better.

Can't get my pre-registration done because Banner's call center never calls. Poor communication. I was asked what pharmacy I use and I said Safeway. Got a call at 630 at night from Basha's saying my script was ready. Lack of communication is an issue.
