Chase Reeves has provided the lowest cost quotes for our home and auto insurance. He provides excellent customer service and is an overall nice agent. We highly recommend.
Chase helped us again with a new home insurance policy. He as very nice, very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all our questions. The entire process was finalized in a timely manner. However, this time around, it was extremely dissapointing that once I signed the papers, I was never able to get a hold of him again. I left him a few messages/texts, but he never got back to us or replied to us. I've had 2 claims to file with this office since I've signed up with them and I've never gotten through to anyone when I need them during business Hours listed. Chase does get back to me but much later after many calls or text... I will be switching after this.
Poor communication
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Chase's office. They repeatedly recorded the wrong name and address on my insurance documents, gave unauthorized access to cancel my policy, and even shared my personal information with a solicitor. Despite numerous attempts to contact Chase over the past two months, he has not responded. The matter has been escalated with Goosehead, and I am pursuing further action to hold this office accountable. I strongly caution others to be aware before doing business here.
