Luke Meunier is terrible. He doesn't even answer his phone calls.
Agent chase harrison opened an account a policy for me and paid the initial payment without me knowing because it was so close to the end of the month. I have a $60 collection now that they will not flat cancel because they say that I paid the amount, but I never opened up a policy………… Do not use goose head insurance unless you want policies opened under your name without giving permission 😄😄😄
Just moved 5 policies from Goosehead. Mac Ball would never return my calls at the time of renewals to discuss. I decided to Google him to see if he still works there and wouldn't you know... the Goosehead Insurance Instagram comes up with his picture holding 1000 balloons for 1000 policies! Well, it's now 995. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! It's a dog and pony show. No customer service, as others have stated.
