We've been with goosehead for at least 5 years and the last 1.5 years I have been very disappointed. The point of contact we had left the company so we had to switch and then get charged 200-300 for an agency fee. After we do the fee and switched insurances we cannot get timely responses or responses at all. I would not recommend them at all.
