The yurts were great! Access right out your door to mountain biking trails all along the mesa. The yurts are well stocked, clean and have the best views! We stayed in the Temple Yurt. More secluded from the others but with a stunning view of Zion. It was an easy 30 minute or so drive to the park.
I did not stay in a yurt. I rented the campsite. It was a spectacular view, lovely spot! The washer tub fire pit was so creative! And helps keep the embers from blowing too much when a gust comes. The table is great and access to the restrooms is a pleasant enough distance. Access to the yoga deck is nice. Hiking trails close by. Thank you!
Very happy with our experience. The Yurts are very clean and have most everything you need. They seem to be better sealed against furry intruders than others I've stayed at, but we didn't see anything like that on our visit in April either. The views are unreal and while the price is a little steep, knowing that there wont be anyone there by you and at most 3 other campers makes it nice. The views are amazing! Low light levels at night allow for amazing star gazing! Yurt was super cozy, love the wood stove ambiance. Yurts are really close to the Gooseberry Mesa trail system. Ask someone in the know about corvids, ribes, shinarump, laccoliths, manzanita, and flying monkeys!
