We used Gooseberries for our wedding cake this past weekend. Our guests loved the variety of cakes that we selected for our big day! We are so grateful for the welcoming experience we had for our cake testing, the ease of communicating with the baker, and the joy that we had knowing that our cake would be outstanding. Nice enough store, but $9.99 for a loaf of Ezekiel Bread is obscene, more than twice than any other store in the area.
I just want to say that we ordered a gluten free wedding cake 1 year ago today for our wedding. We wrapped a piece of it super tight when we got back from our honeymoon. Today we unwrapped and thawed it out slightly in the microwave. It was AMAZING!! ( I think the key was to wrap it super tight!!!) THATS how good their cake is. Still good after a year!!!!!! Yum!
