For the most part I have a positive experience, been riding with these guys for a year to get to work. However there's two drivers I wish they would fire. An older man who has a serious hearing issue and sometimes doesn't hear the loud ding of the bell when someone needs to get off, you need to YELL at him for him to hear you. The driver literally didn’t let me off at my stop, he took me down further and racially slurred me!!!!!!! I will not take this bus back again!!

Drivers are nice. Service doesn't post announcements like running a holiday schedule on a day that's not a holiday. Real screws people who depend on it to go to work.

I love this offering of transportation. I had knee surgery and couldn’t drive so I seized upon this mode of transportation to get me to my physical therapy sessions! From the drivers to Roxanne who answers the phone this continues to be a wonderful experience! Thanks you all.
