Spent 10 hours in the dealership passed from one person to the next, bought a 2021 Chevy equinox, worth 15k. The price was 25k. , they are rippping me off, now after almost 7 months on time payments of 609. I am not able to refinance because of being so far upside down, they swindled a disabled veteran into a very bad deal.

Today the Goose Creek Mitsubishi Dealership performed the initial routine maintenance on my 2022 Outlander Sport. Mr. Michael Cressey (Executive Fixed Operations Director) took the time to personally sit with me and discuss my needs as well as my concerns. At first the approximate time to perform the maintenance was extensive; however, Mr. Cressey kept me informed at each and every stage of the process. WOW! What an experience I had at this dealership. I went in thinking they could NOT help me (I was severely upside down and my credit was so-so). "Sugar" Ray went above and beyond to where Pete (GM) was able to not only get me a fantastic deal, but I walked away with TWO vehicles, which we desperately needed.
