I would like to start by giving thanks to Cynthia Rios for her outstanding costumer service skills I work in a government position for Harris County and had some residents from Baytown needing information on some property issues. We enter the Goose Creek tax office and Ms Rios was very helpful, compassionate, and understanding, she took time to explain everything in detail. Keep up the great work
If you are buying a house for the first time, make sure you register your name with HCAD (oir your appraisal district and not just the county clerk), because if your title company doesn't, you will be stuck with hundreds or thousands of dollars in fees and penalties you aren't aware of from GCCISD, and they won't waive them.

Goose Creek ISD tax office sent me a rogue tax bill for my business, which is not even close to their district (located in West Houston). Attempts to call and get it fixed or even a response result in office staff completely unhelpful, only forwarding me to a "Sandra" who is apparently never at their desk and never returns voice-mail. No email address to follow up on, I'll probably end up resorting to physically sending a letter by certified mail to just keep a paper trail. The worst.
