As someone, who isn't a mechanic, I have experienced a lot of shops that have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Goose Creek after a friend recommended them. Scott actually explained to me what the problems were that he found, and what were the most important to fix so I could watch my budget. Quality Service – I can't say enough about the quality of service and work at Goose Creek Automotive. They spend much more time and thought on diagnosis than my previous shop, who seemed quick to look for a simple fix and new parts. This has been a tricky diagnosis, but they've really researched and figured it out.

Honest – I've had a bunch of old Mercedes. I drive them until they won't go any more. I have asked more questions of Scott than I can count, and his answers are always sound. For several years, I just asked questions, and didn't buy anything, but I still got the help I needed to keep my old cars running. After the last one finally died, I bought a new one from Goose Creek Auto Werks. They disclosed everything that was wrong and the condition they felt it was in.
